Recently, I received an offer from HDFC Bank regarding the upgrade of my HDFC Bank Money Back Credit Card to HDFC Bank Regalia Credit Card.
This upgrade was free of cost to me. Credit card upgrade is at the sole discretion of the bank, for the upgrade the bank sees factors such as your spending pattern, your credit card bill payment history amongst others.
HDFC Regalia Credit Card comes under the Luxury Credit Card category of HDFC Bank. I went on to see the benefit of the card to check whether I should go for the upgrade or not. I found the following features:

Complimentary Airport Lounge Access
HDFC Regalia Credit Card gives you 12 complimentary access per calendar year to the 1000+ lounges at the selected airports within India. It also gives 6 complimentary lounge access outside India.

Eligible For Priority Pass Membership
After doing 4 retail transactions on your HDFC Bank Regalia Credit Card, apply for a Priority pass for yourself and add-on members.
Priority pass allows 6 complimentary lounge access per calendar year. Using priority pass, you and your add-on member can together avail the lounge access. After the 6 complimentary visits, you will be charged $ 27 + GST per visit.
CRED Rent Pay benefit on Using HDFC Bank Regalia Credit Card
By using the CRED rent pay feature, you can get the cash back upto Rs 1500 on HDFC Bank Regalia Credit Card. To get the cash back, you need to make the rent payment of Rs 25,000 or more for three consecutive months starting from May 2021. Cash back for the May month will be Rs 400, for June this will be Rs 500 and for July, this will be Rs 600.
Cash back credit will be as below:
May month spends——- by 31st August 2021.
June month spends——- by 30th September 2021.
July month spends——– by 31st October 2021.

HDFC Regalia Credit Card gives you complimentary Dineout Passport membership which enables you to get:

You will be rewarded with Rs 500 Lifestyle e-voucher, a conditional offer on HDFC Regalia Credit Card upgrade.
Gift Voucher Worth Rs 1500 on HDFC Regalia Credit Card
You simply have to spend Rs 55,000 or more in retail transactions from 07th May 2021 to 31st May 2021 through your HDFC Bank Regalia Credit Card to get the Gift voucher worth Rs 1500. You can spend Rs 55,000 on parts as well.
The voucher will be sent to the registered E-mail ID and mobile number by 31st August 2021. Vouchers will be any one of Flipkart/lifestyle/Myntra/bigbasket.

Reward Points on Using HDFC Bank Regalia Credit Card
You earn 4 reward points per Rs 150 spent on all retail Spends including Insurance and utilities. You earn a bonus of 10,000 reward points by spending Rs 5 lakhs in the anniversary year. Points earned later redeemed on the SmartBuy. Cash back value of 1 Reward point is 20 paisa.
HDFC Regalia Credit Card Fees
The Joining/Renewal Membership fee is Rs 2500+ GST. If you have spent more than Rs 3 lakhs in the previous year then your renewal fee (if any) is waived off.
Waiver of Fuel Surcharge
1% fuel surcharge is waived at all fuel stations across India provided the minimum transaction value is Rs 400. The maximum transaction value to get the waiver is Rs 5000.

My Review on HDFC Regalia Credit Card:
The HDFC Regalia Credit Card seems to provide various benefits concerning the Travel privileges, welcome benefits, Rewards, and milestones except for the Fees part the Card is good to go.
Note: Previous reward balance (if any) after adjustment to the equivalent value will get transferred to the new card.
